摘    要:光气是制造MDI的重要原料,同时也是剧毒危险品,在光气合成反应中有两个关键点:首先,反应要放出大量热,如若不能及时移除反应热,将会飞温引发安全事故。其次,氯气的过量会导致产品质量事故,采取对应措施解决好光气合成的这两个关键点成为MDI行业的研究主题。

Abstract:Phosgene was an important raw material for manufacturing,and MDI was also a highly toxic dangerous goods.The phosgene reaction had two key points.One was the reaction to produce large amounts of heat,and if you cannot remove heat of reaction in time,security incidents would occurred with the quickly raised temperature.The other was the excessive chlorine,which can cause product quality accident.Taking corresponding measures to solve phosgene of these two critical points as MDI sector was the research topic.
