有机膦配位镍催化剂的乙烯齐聚研究

摘    要:考察了二氯化镍分别与二苯基膦乙酸、二苯基膦苯甲酸有机膦配位体,在丁二醇溶剂中经硼氢化钠还原后原位制得镍膦催化剂催化乙烯齐聚制线性α-烯烃的反应。试验结果表明,这两种催化剂不仅具有乙烯齐聚反应速率较高和高的正构α-烯烃选择性(可达96%以上),而且产物与催化剂能自行分离,产物分布可由催化剂配方调节。同时对催化剂的原位制备条件进行了考察

Abstract:Oligomerization of ethylene with water soluble nickel phosphine catalysts Ⅰ (NiCl 2/Ph 2PCH 2COOH/NaBH 4)and Ⅱ (NiCl 2/Ph 2PPhCOOH/NaBH 4) was studied Experimantal results indicated that these catalysts gave higher reaction rate(gC = n/gNi·h)and selectivity of n alpha olefins(>96%) The results also indicated that the separation of products was very easy and the carbon numbers of olefins could be controled by ligands and mole ratio of Ni/P
