| 摘 要： | 房屋建筑施工工程对于质量安全有着较高的要求，这是房屋建筑产品的基本属性。文章结合房屋建筑工程安全管理实践，归纳和总结了房屋建筑施工中的缺陷，并提出了改进意见，希望能改变现阶段质量安全管理工作的现状。

| Abstract: | Housing construction projects have higher requirements for quality and safety, and it is the basic atribute of building products. Combining with the practice of the safety management of building construction, the author summed up the defects in building construction and put forward some suggestions, hoping to change the status of current quality and safety management. |
