摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定镍铁中硅、锰、磷、铬、铜和钴。通过对溶样酸比较和谱线考察研究,选择了合适的溶样酸及各元素最佳分析谱线,优化仪器工作条件,测定元素检出限、测定低限,进行精密度和准确度试验。方法准确、简便、快速,实现镍铁中硅、锰、磷、铬、铜和钴六个元素同时测定,分析结果令人满意。

Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of Si, Mn, P, Cr, Cu, and Co in ferronickel was developed. The analytical spectral lines and determination conditions were optimized. The detection limits and low limit of determination were measured. The method is accurate, simple and rapid. It is used in the determination of ferronickel with satisfactory results.
