机加工后铸件应力与变形的试验研究

摘    要:对具有残余应力T形截面类铸件经加工后产生的变形状况进行测试。结果表明 ,铸件在砂型中缓冷和去应力退火再经机加工后两者产生的变形量差异并不明显 ;而夹紧力对加工后的铸件产生的变形影响却较大。时效半年的铸件加工后其变形基本稳定。

Abstract:The casting with T shape section which has residual stress is machining processed, and then the deformation is tested. The results show that, after machining there is no difference about deformation between annealed casting and the one got from slow cooling process in sand mold.However, the clamp force contribute much more to the deformation of processed casting. The casting becomes stable after half year domino effect.
