摘    要:工业正己烷作为主要的食用油浸出溶剂已经使用多年,但正己烷有害于人体健康和环境安全,且易引起爆炸与灾害,影响作业安全性。因此,选择更适宜的浸出溶剂为各国油脂工作者所重视。介绍了有望替代己烷等烃类作为食用油浸出溶剂的几种非烃类物质的物化特性,特别是它们的毒性,以供业界参考。

Abstract:Industrial n -hexane is mainly used as edible oil extraction solvent for many years, but it is harmful to human health and environment safety and is prone to explode, it can cause the breakout of disaster and has impact on the work safety. Selecting a more suitable extraction solvent is highlighted by oil technologists in each country. The properties of some non - hydrocarbons which may substitute hexane as edible oil extraction solvent, especially the toxicity ,were introduced so as to provide reference for corresponding fields.
