基于VRS51L3074的LED显示控制系统设计

摘    要:在研究和分析现有各种LED显示屏控制电路的基础上,提出了一种基于串行FRAM存储器的LED显示控制系统,该系统以51系列运行速度为40MIPS单周期高速VRS51L3074单片机为控制核心,利用串行FRAM存储器组成“双端口”RAM,实现对LED显示屏的控制.该系统具有控制线少,容量大及价格低廉等优点。

Abstract:Based on the research and analysis of various LED display control circuit,this paper puts forward LED display control system based on serial FRAM memory,which takes 40 MIPS monocycle high-speed VRS51L3074 microcontroller of 51 series as controlling core and uses serial FRAM memory to form dual-port RAM, realizing the control of LED display.This system has the advantages of fewer control cables,large capacity and low prices.
