摘    要:通过直接注射法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/有机蒙脱土复合材料,研究了有机蒙脱土种类与用量、PP种类、插层剂添加量等条件对PP增韧效果的影响。结果表明,有机蒙脱土的层间距越大,复合材料中其相应的层间距也越大,对PP的增韧效果也越显著;在有机蒙脱土与插层剂配比合适的条件下,1%(质量分数,下同)左右的有机蒙脱土就可使PP实现有效的增韧;有机蒙脱土对PP增韧效果与基体树脂的熔体流动速率有着密切的关系,表现为基体树脂熔体流动速率越小即相对分子质量越大时,其复合材料样品的冲击强度较基体树脂提高的幅度越大。

Abstract:Polypropylene (PP)/organic montmorillonite (o-MMT) composite was prepared by direct injection. The toughening effect of different kinds and contents of o-MMT, different grades of PP and the content of intercalation agents on polypropylene was investigated. The result shows that the larger the interlayer spacing of o-MMT itself, the larger the interlayer spacing of o-MMT in composites and the more remarkable the toughening effect on PP. Under the proper mixture ratio of o-MMT and intercalation agents, the toughness of PP can be effectively improved with about 1 wt% o-MMT. The toughening effect on PP is related to the melt index of matrix resin. The less the melt index of PP, the more the range of impact strength that composites can be improved when contrast with matrix resin.
