摘 要: | 采用共沉淀法制备掺钬氟化钇钡分子式:Ho:Ba Y2F8,简称Ho:BYF]粉体,确定了粉体制备的最佳工艺条件。以NH4F溶液为沉淀剂,EDTA为螯合剂,乙二醇为分散剂,采用顺序滴定法,获得Ho:Ba Y2F8前驱体。对前驱体在不同温度下进行烧结,并采用XRD,FI-IR,TG—DTA和SEM测试手段对样品进行表征与分析。结果表明,前驱体在550℃左右开始由Ca F2型(立方相)向单斜相转变;最佳烧结温度为650℃,粉体尺寸约100nm。

Preparation of Ho:BaY2F8 Powders by the Coprecipitation Method |

Abstract: | Holmium-doped yttrium barium fluoride powder was obtained by co-precipitation method,Formula:Ho:BaY2F8, referred Ho:BYF], and the optimum technological conditions of powder preparation was decided. The NH4F solution as precipitating agent, EDTA as chelating agent, ethylene glycol as a dispersing agent, Ho:BYF precursor was obtained with sequential. The precursor for sintering at different temperatures,and the testing and analysis of sam-ples were characterized by XRD,FI-IR,TG-DTA and SEM. The results showed that the precursor at about 550 ℃start transformation from CaF2 (cubic phase) to monoclinic phase, the optimum sintering temperature is 650 ℃, the powder size of about 100nm was got. |
