互联网环境下的高职生心理健康

随着网络技术和移动通信技术的飞速发展,人类社会已经进入到一个高度共享的信息化时代。介绍了在这个时代背景下,高职学生存在的心理问题以及产生这些问题的原因,并从加强社会监督管理、健全政府管理机制、学校要将心理健康教育与思想政治教育等有机结合以及高职学生自身要自觉学习相关心理知识四个方面提出了提高高职学生心理健康水平的策略。

Higher Vocational Students Mental Health Under the Internet Environment

With the rapid development of internet technology and mobile communication tech-nique,human society has already entered into a highly shared information era.This paper describes the psychological problems of higher vocational students and the causes of these problems under this back-ground.And puts forward the strategies to improve the mental health level of the students in higher vo-cational colleges from the aspects of strengthen the social supervision and management, improve the government management mechanism, the combination of mental health education and ideological and political education, higher vocational students themselves to learn the relevant psychological knowl-edge.
