水冷却器在发电厂空气压缩机中的应用分析

针对山西西山热电有限责任公司使用的优耐特斯UD250W-8型空气压缩机的运行状态和故障原因进行了分析,提出了空气压缩机冷却系统由水冷却器代替原有的风冷却器的改造方法,并运用于实际生产中。通过运行观察、记录,并对改造前、后进行了对比分析,说明了水冷却器的优势,大大降低空气压缩机运行成本投入,提高了经济效益。
