| 摘 要： | 根据24台杀菌锅群的工艺控制要求，提出了一种基于S7-200PLC架构的DCS杀菌监控系统。详细介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。实践证明，该控制系统提高了杀菌装置运行的可靠性和自动化水平，降低了产品的废品率。

| Abstract: | According to the technical control requirements of a group of twenty-four sterilizing boiler, this paper puts forward a DCS monitoring system for sterilizing equipments based on S7 - 200 PLC, and introduces the hardware configuration in detail and the software design of the system. The result shows this control system improves the reliability and automation of the sterilizing process, and reduces the scrap ratio. |
