| Abstract: | Associated with the features of Chinese mobile network and services, a mobile telecommunication consolidated billing system is presented in this paper, which has been completed in fact. The principles to design the system and the system architecture are analyzed in detail, and the implementation of the billing system in Gansu is introduced in the end. |
