| 摘 要： | 结合工程实例,介绍了普通硅酸盐水泥应用于汽机底板大体积混凝土的设计、施工、保湿控温、测温等裂缝控制措施。重点研究了不同龄期混凝土的自约束力计算,分层浇筑措施、外升内降保湿控温措施和测温措施,保证了内外温差和裂缝控制满足要求。

| Abstract: | Based on actual project,design,construction,temperature control,as well as temperature monitoring measures for crack control are introduced during construction of turbine floor mass concrete with portland cement.Some measures are emphasized to reach requirements on concrete temperature difference and cracks,such as self binding force in different concrete age,pouring layer by layer measures,temperature and humidity control with increasing temperature external and decreasing temperature internal method,as well as temperature monitoring measures. |
