高炉熔渣余热回收技术发展过程及趋势

摘    要:系统分析了从20世纪70年代末以来高炉熔渣余热回收技术的发展历程及各个时期的特点,通过分析可知,目前高炉熔渣余热回收的效率很低,限制了其商业化运行。提高余热回收效率,优化余热利用方式,开发高附加值的炉渣副产品已成为熔渣余热回收技术发展的趋势。

Abstract:The development process and characteristic of the blast furnace slag waste heat recovery technique were analyzed from the end of nineteen seventies.The low exergy efficiency is the main limiting factor of commercial operation.The development trend of the blast furnace slag waste heat recovery technique is to improve the recovery efficiency,to optimize the utilization of waste heat and to develop the high value-added slag products.
