摘    要: 为了改善Ni-Cr-Mo-B超厚钢板的心部性能,研究了不同淬火温度、不同保温时间以及循环淬火处理对Ni-Cr-Mo-B超厚钢板心部力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验用Ni-Cr-Mo-B超厚板最佳的淬火温度区间为890~920℃;在最佳淬火温度区间内,淬火保温时间延长为3h,可获得更为理想的心部性能;采用循环淬火处理可以显著改善超厚板的心部性能。

Abstract:Effects of different quenching temperatures,different soaking time and double quenching process on mechanical properties of ultra-thick steel plate were investigated in order to improve the properties of the center of the Ni-Cr-Mo-B ultra-thick steel plate.The results show that excellent combination properties for strength and toughness,especially a good property in plate center can be achieved by quenching at 890-920 ℃,extended soaking time(to 3 h) or double quenching process.
