摘    要:贝壳中含有90%以上的碳酸钙,但没有得到充分利用,往往将其当作废物扔掉,不仅浪费了资源,而且对环境的污染也越来越严重。国内利用贝壳加工饲料添加剂,不仅产量较少,产品的附加价值也不高。本文介绍了以贝壳为原料,采用微波高温加热的方法将贝壳分解成氧化钙,并进一步将氧化钙制备成葡萄糖酸钙的过程;详细说明了实验原理、操作方法、最佳煅烧温度以及煅烧时间等条件的选择。结果表明,采用微波高温加热的方法,在1 000℃、煅烧1 h可以得到高纯CaO。对其深加工可制成优质葡萄糖酸钙,解决了环境污染问题,并带来了经济效益。

Abstract:The shell comprise of CaCO3 at 90%,which was usually thrown away as waste,leading to the increasing environmental pollution.However only low amount and profit was obtained in domestic processing of shellfish as feed additives.Therefore,the refining process for the production of calcium gluconate from shell using microwave high-temperature heating method was developed,in which the shell was decomposed to calcium oxide following the ulteriorly refining the calcium gluconate.This paper described the experiment principle,operation method,temperature and time.The high-purity CaO can be obtained after calcining for 1 h at 1 000 ℃ in microwave.
