涡轮叶片材料非线性应力数值分析

摘    要:针对涡轮转子叶片建立了离心拉伸的数值分析模型.基于ANSYS软件的静力分析功能,利用有限元分析方法研究了涡轮转子叶片高速旋转时离心力所引起的拉伸变形,模拟了转子叶片高速旋转时应力场的分布情况.同时对涡轮叶片力学模拟中的应力值偏大问题从材料非线性角度进行了分析和探讨,在此基础上结合整个涡轮叶片的实际工作状况对其模拟结果进行了定性分析,验证了其分析方法的可行性,为实际涡轮叶片设计优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A numerical analysis modeling is created about the centrifugal drawing of turbine blade.Drawing deformations cuased by centrifugal force at the condition of high-speed circumgyrate of turbine rotor blade is studied by the finite element analysis method based on ANSYS software and the stress field of turbine blade in high-speed circumgyrate is simulated.At the same time,the stress problems during mechanics simulation of turbine blade are analyzed and discussed from the point of nonlinear elasticity,on the base of that the analysis result is qualitatively discussed combined with the factual conditions of the turbine blade for validating the feasibility of anaysis method.The analysis will provide with a theoretics according to which the turbine blade design is optimized,with the help of improvement on the blade machining process.The analysis method has also provided a reference to settle similar problems.
