摘    要:针对现有大通径电液比例调速阀控制精度不高的不足,根据压差-电气-面积补偿原理,采用先导式阀体结构形式,设计了能对大流量进行精确控制的电液比例调速阀,测试并分析了新阀的性能。

Abstract:According to the differential pressure-electric-area compensating principle,the author adopts the construction of forerunner valve plus main valve to design a high-precision heavy-flow electric-hydraulic proportional speed control valve,which will overcome the disadvantages existed in now used heavy-flow electric-hydraulic proportional speed control valve.The author has also tested and analyszed the performance of the new valve.
