| 摘 要： | 将模糊数学原理引入到装配尺寸链公差分配中,提出了装配尺寸链装配模糊可靠度的概念。从公差与制造成本之间的关系出发,建立了以制造成本为目标函数、装配尺寸链装配模糊可靠度为约束条件的公差优化分配数学模型,并给出一实例。

The Optimal Tolerance Distributing of Assemble Dimensional Chains Based on Value Engineering and Fuzzy Reliability |

| Abstract: | The paper draw the fuzzy mathematical principle into the tolerance distributing of the assemble dimensional chain, and presented the concept of fuzzy reliability of this chain. Aimed at the relationship between tolerance and manufacturing cost, it established the mathematical model of the optimal tolerance distributing. The model took the gross manufacturing cost as objective function and fuzzy reliability of assemble dimensional chain as restraint. The example showed that the method was scientific. |
