齿轮几何参数的选择对传动效率影响的研究

摘    要:采用单参数齿轮台架试验的方法,基于对试验的曲线和结果分析,揭示了齿轮各几何参数对其传动效率的影响。针对低速重载工况下选择高传动效率、高啮合质量的齿轮副几何参数,提出了几何参数选择原则。研究结果表明,在产品的设计过程中齿轮几何参数的选择,是影响产品具有良好的啮合和节能低耗效果的重要因素。

Abstract:By means of adopting the method of bed test for gears with single parameter, and based on the analysis on the curves and the result of test, the influence of gear transmission efficiency affected by various geometric parameters was revealed. Aimed at the selection on geometric parameters of gear pairs of high transmission efficiency and high meshing quality under the working condition of low speed and heavy loading, principles of selection on geometric parameters were put forward. The result of research shows that in the course of product design, the selection of geometric parameters of gear is the important factor of affecting the product to possess good engagement, energy saving and low materials consumption.
