摘    要:Reimer-Tieman法制得的羟基苯甲醛反应液中和之后,pH值控制在3~4之间,可增加目的产物收率,有利于焦油状胶质的分离。采用减压蒸馏法并引入高沸点组份,可使邻对位羟基苯甲醛的分离收率达到80%以上,产品纯度达到98%以上。

IMPROVEMENT OF THE METHOD FOR THE SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION OF O-AND P-HYDROXYBENZALDEHYDE
Abstract:The separation and purificition of o-and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde formed by Reimer-Tieman reaction can be carried out with high efficience when liquid product solution is neutralized to pH = 3-4,and tar oil can easily beremoved from the solution. High-purity (> 98%) p-hydroxybenzaldehyde can be obtained by vacuum distillation after adding a component with high boil point to the distilled material composed of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and other by-products. The improved procedure is efficient,and little waste is discharged.
