半流体润滑脂和稠化油的极压抗磨性研究

摘    要:本文从润滑脂的胶体结构出发,讨论了皂基结构、基础油对流变学和摩擦学性能的影响,比较了半流体润滑脂和OCP高分子稠化油的极压抗磨性,发现相对于皂基而言,高分子对极压抗磨性能有不良的影响,对于半流体润滑脂的情况,皂基含量增加后,润滑脂的极压抗磨性能得到改善。

Abstract:Fm the view of colloidal structure, the effects of soap structure and base stocks in lubrication grease on rheology and tribological property have been discussed, and comparison in extreme pressure and anti - wear property between semi-fluid lubricating grease the lubricating oil thickened with Olefin Copolymer (OCP) macro- molecular has been made. It indicated that opposite to soap, the macro - molecular had influence on extreme pressure and anti - wear property. In the case of lubricating grease, extreme pressure and anti - wear Property could be improved with more content of soap.
