摘    要:提出了在心电信号中定位R峰的一种新的鲁捧算法.利用小波工具滤波,然后结合心电信号的一次微分和一次微分后的的Hilbert变换,使得R峰突出,P波和T波减弱.另外,噪音、基线漂移、运动伪迹都最小化,伪迹受到抑制.通过经验的R峰时间间隔,预估和应用幅度阈值可以很容易地将R峰找出来.用MIT_BIH心律失常数据库的纪录测试了该算法,平均检测率达到了99.91%.该算法可靠且实现简单,用于其他生理信号如心音信号分段也有较高的正确率.

Abstract:The paper presented a new robust algorithm for the location of R wave peeks in ECGo Wavelet transform method was used for preprocessing as bandpass filter. The combination of the first differential of ECG signal with its Hilbert transformation makes R peeks stand out and weakens P waves and T waves. In addition, the problems of baseline drift and motion artifact are minimized. Therefore,it is easy to locate R peeks by the method of experiential time interval forecast and the application of amplitude threshold. The performance of the algorithm was tested by MIT_BIH Arrhythmia database, An average detection rate of 99.91% was achieved. The algorithm is reliable and the realization of the algorithm is easy.
