大连新世界大厦超高层续建工程设计研究

停建多年的工程项目重新续建时,由于续建方案改变,许多新的使用功能要求导致结构体系发生改变,这种变化不但引起结构适用设计标准规范的符合性差异,而且新建与已建部分的联结可靠安全要求以及新旧高层建筑结构相互影响也需要妥善处理。对续建工程可行性进行的评估中,复核了原设计图纸,并根据已建成部分结构检测结果和续建要求的建筑方案进行综合分析,采用原设计的抗震设计标准与现行有效的标准分别进行考核,即二段式设计,原结构必须满足现行规范承载力要求;对续建结构方案进行整体优化,采用钢管混凝土结构,减轻重量,加强整体构造,旧结构构件由于规范差异引起的构造缺欠,采取适当加固措施,使之达到性能化设计要求。上部续建结构优化目标主要集中于加强层数量位置和转换桁架结构形式。通过优化后,确定在15、26、37层设置伸臂桁架加强层,层间位移满足现行规范要求;采用重量较轻并与原有结构拼接安全的钢管混凝土转换桁架系统。
