摘    要:激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)具有图像清晰、特异性高、敏感性强、三维重建、空间定位、精确定量、断层扫描等优点,本文介绍了CLSM的工作原理和性能特点,还着重介绍了其在淀粉研究中的应用,得出CLSM是淀粉研究中的一个强有力的工具,将会在淀粉研究的各个方面得到广泛的应用.

Application of Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope in Starch Research
Abstract:Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope(CLSM) has many applied advantages such as clearly images,high specificity,strong sensitivity,three-dimensional reconstruction,spatial positioning and precise quantification.Its working principle and characteristics were introduced,and its application in the starch research was emphasized,thus it can be seen that CLSM is a forceful means in the starch research and will be widely applied in all respects of starch research.
