大断面软岩硐室围岩稳定性控制技术

摘    要:针对鑫顺煤业15号煤层煤仓大断面软岩硐室的破坏特点,以1-1断面为研究对象,提出采用大断面锚索加强支护、薄弱部位专门支护和围岩整体注浆加固的控制技术。现场应用结果表明,顶底板移近量为120~140 mm,两帮移近量为100~110 mm,围岩控制效果良好。研究成果可为相似条件下的大断面软岩硐室稳定性控制提供有益参考。

Abstract:In view of the failure characteristics of soft rock chamber in large section of coal bunker no.15 coal seam of xinshun coal industry,the control technology of using large section anchor cable to strengthen support,special support for weak parts and the whole grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock is put forward by taking 1-1 section as the research object.The results of field application show that the displacement of roof and floor is 120~140 mm,the displacement of two sides is 100~110 mm,and the surrounding rock control effect is good.The research results can provide useful reference for stability control of large section soft rock chamber under similar conditions.
