热导氢分析仪在加氢工艺中的应用及评价

摘    要:某天然气净化厂尾气处理部分采用加氢还原吸收工艺,其正常运行工况期间水的体积分数达到6%,开工预硫化操作期间水的体积分数可达到40%。现使用的热导氢分析仪的预处理系统结构简单,无法满足检测器件对样气中水汽体积分数的检测需求。为提高样气中水汽的脱除率,拟升级样气预处理系统,采用“动态回流装置”加“一级过滤”加“三级除水”加“一级脱硫和干燥”的方式;结合热导测量H 2体积分数和红外测量CO 2体积分数,实现了分析仪表的准确测量。

Abstract:The exhaust gas treatment in one natural gas purification plant adopts the hydrogenation reduction absorption process,and the volume fraction of water during normal operating conditions reaches 6%.Volume fraction of water during pre-vulcanization operation can reach 40%.The structure of pretreatment system in the thermal conduction hydrogen analyzer in serve is simple.It can t satisfy the detection requirement of volume fraction of water vapor in sample for detection device.In order to improve the removal rate of water vapor in the sample gas,it is proposed to upgrade the sample gas pretreatment system and adopt combination mode of dynamic reflux device,primary filtration,tertiary water removal,primary desulfurization and drying.Combined with thermal conductivity measurement of hydrogen and infrared measurement of carbon dioxide volume fraction technology,an accurate measurement of analytical instrument is achieved.
