框架式平衡风门在高河煤矿的应用

摘    要:为保证煤矿井下通风系统稳定,井下巷道在贯通前,必须提前在相关巷道构筑风门。若贯通点构筑永久风门,构筑前期系统稳定,但随着巷道的掘进,矿山压力逐渐显现,会出现风门变形、墙体压裂等现象,影响系统稳定性;且贯通点位于巷道末端,辅助运输设备无法将永久风门材料运输到位,造成人工运输,增加劳动强度。若用传统木风门构筑,掘进机贯通后在联巷内回撤时,导致联巷内木风门需逐道先拆除、后恢复,费工费料,且不能有效保障通风系统稳定。为此,高河矿提出了用框架式平衡风门替代永久风门,实现联巷之间风流阻断,既保障了通风系统稳定,又解决了矿山压力损坏永久风门的材料浪费等现象,具有较强的推广前景。

Abstract:In order to ensure the stability of the ventilation system in the coal mine, the air door must be constructed in the relevant roadway in advance before the tunnel is connected.If the through point constructs the permanent air door,constructs the earlier period system stability,but along the tunnel excavation,the mine pressure gradually appears,will present the air door distortion,the wall fracturing and so on phenomenon,affects the system stability.The auxiliary transportation equipment can not transport the permanent air door material in place,resulting in manual transportation and increased labor intensity.If the traditional wooden air door is used to construct the tunnel,the wooden air door in the tunnel should be removed first,then restored,and the ventilation system can not be guaranteed to be stable.Therefore,Gaohe Coal Mine put forward to replace the permanent air door with the frame type balance air door,to realize the air flow blocking between the connecting roadways,not only to ensure the ventilation system stability,but also to solve the problem of the material waste of the permanent air door damaged by the mine pressure,etc.,it has a strong prospect of popularization.
