摘    要:联锁保护和开停车流程是压缩机控制方案中的核心技术之一。结合某项目的电机驱动压缩机设备,简要介绍了压缩机的工艺流程,重点阐述了压缩机的联锁保护和开停车流程方案,涉及压缩机DCS和SIS控制系统的方案设计,并探讨了SIS紧急停车以及DCS正常停车或过程停车的区别,可为类似压缩机设备提供参考。

Abstract:Interlock protection and start-up or shutdown procedure are the core technology for compressor control strategy.The process flow of compressor is introduced briefly combining with motor driven compressor device in one engineering project.The interlock protection and start-up or shutdown procedure for compressor,involved design schemes for DCS and SIS control system are expounded with emphasis.The difference among emergency shutdown of SIS and normal shutdown or process shutdown of DCS is discussed.It can be used as reference control strategy for similar compressor device.
