摘    要:针对玉溪煤矿1301掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量大、瓦斯抽采浓度低的问题,通过采用相变致裂技术、水力造穴与相变致裂相结合技术、钻场抽采与相变致裂相结合技术,有效提高了瓦斯抽采量。1301掘进工作面回风流瓦斯浓度由原来的0.6%降低到0.2%,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标由平均每百米巷道掘进超标2.4次降低为0.7次,平均日进尺由原来的2.7 m提高到4.4 m,掘进速度提高了62.9%,保证了高效生产,为类似条件下矿井瓦斯治理提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large gas emission and low concentration of gas drainage in 1301 heading face of Yuxi Coal Mine,by using the technology of phase change induced cracking,the technology of combining hydraulic cavitation with phase change induced cracking,the technology of combining drilling field drainage with phase change induced cracking,the gas extraction quantity is effectively increased.The concentration of gas in the return air flow of 1301 heading face decreased from 0.6%to 0.2%,and the index of gas desorption by drilling cuttings decreased from an average of 2.4 times per 100 meter roadway heading to 0.7 times per 100 meter,the average daily footage is increased from 2.7 m to 4.4 m,and the driving speed is increased by 62.9%,which ensures the high efficiency production and provides a reference for gas control under similar conditions.
