基于曲率均值的面料缝纫平整度客观评价

摘    要:为研究客观评价面料缝纫平整度的方法,选取3种常见面料,通过控制抽褶量的方法得到了75块五级平整度试样,利用三维激光扫描仪及Geomagic Studio软件,得到了试样距离缝线2.5、5.0、7.5和10.0 mm处的曲率均值,将其作为客观指标。结果表明:4个曲率均值都与平整度等级显著负相关,且距缝线2.5 mm处的曲率均值C2.5与平整度相关性最强,并建立了二者的具体关系式,C2.5与3种面料抽褶量之间都呈显著的二次方多项式关系,但面料结构不同,具体的多项式也有所差异。该评价方法对于服装外观质量评价具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the fabric seam smoothness objectively,3 commonly used fabrics were chosen and 75 samples with 5 grade of smoothness were obtained by controlling the gathering.Then 3D laser scanner and the software Geomagic Studio were employed to obtain the average curvature at the positon 2.5,5.0,7.5 and 10.0 mm from the seam,which were used as the objective index.Results show that the 4 index of curvature all have significant negative relationships with smoothness and the curvature at the positon 2.5 mm from the seam,i.e.C2.5 has the highest correlation with smoothness.The exact equation of C2.5 and smoothness was also established.Besides,C2.5 has the obvious quadratic polynomial relationship with the amount of gathering,and the equations differ from each other when fabric structure changes.This paper puts forward an objective evaluation method of predicting fabric seam smoothness using fabric curvature with the 3D laser technology.
