张双楼煤矿深部特厚煤层掘进防冲技术研究

摘    要:张双楼煤矿74104带式输送机道掘进工作面采深位于-1 000 m以下,属深部开采。煤层厚11 m,跟顶掘进。该区域为中等冲击地压危险。通过钻屑法检测,煤粉量超过临界值,采用顶板深孔预裂爆破、大直径钻孔卸压、底板预卸压、煤层高低压注水等综合措施卸压。分析发现,三四角门处应力集中,遂采取二次补强卸压。综合措施实施后,检验效果合格。该综合防治措施对深部特厚煤层掘进冲击地压防治提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The mining depth of 74104 belt conveyor driving face in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is below-1 000 m, which belongs to deep mining. The coal seam is 11 m thick, driving with the roof. This area is a medium rockburst hazard. Through the detection of drilling cuttings method, the amount of pulverized coal exceeds the critical value, and the comprehensive measures such as roof deep hole pre-splitting blasting, large-diameter drilling pressure relief, floor pre-splitting, coal seam high and low pressure water injection were adopted for pressure relief. It was found that the stress is concentrated at the gate, so the secondary reinforcement was adopted to relieve the pressure. After the implementation of the comprehensive measures, the inspection results were qualified. The comprehensive prevention and control measures can provide reference for the prevention and control of rock burst in deep and extra thick coal seam driving.
