卤水采集控制系统设计

摘    要:某国外天然碱卤水采集项目中,通过设置在矿区的49套远程IO站对187口矿井出口天然碱卤水的温度、压力、流量、密度、阀门信号进行监控;远程IO站通过Modbus TCP/IP协议,由冗余光纤接入布置在矿区的9组冗余交换机中,矿区交换机与中心控制室内控制系统通过冗余光纤进行连接;远程IO站的网关有2个网口,采用“1进1出”方式与交换机建立环网连接,实现网络冗余。在工程师站安装网络管理软件,用于监控矿区全部网络状况。

Abstract:In a foreign tronite trona brine collecting project,the temperature,pressure,flow,density and valve signals of 187 trona brine mines outlet are monitored through 49 sets of remote IO stations set in the mining area.Remote IO stations are connected to 9 sets redundant switches in mining area by redundant optical fiber through Modbus TCP/IP protocol.The switches in mining area and the control system in central control room are connected by redundant optical fiber.Two network ports on gateway in remote IO station,the‘one in,one out’mode are adopted to establish the loop network connection with the switch to realize network redundancy.The network management software is installed in engineer station to monitor all network conditions in mining area.
