基于COMOS平台的数字化工程设计

摘    要:为了探索在工程项目中进行协同设计,数字化交付和一体化运营的新技术、新模式,介绍了具有全周期、多专业协同工作的工业数字化设计、建设和生产管理的COMOS平台,利用其中的不同功能模块进行了工艺、电仪、自控等专业的设计,并建立了一个完整的虚拟数字化控制系统。利用COMOS和SIMATIC PCS 7控制系统的特定的数据接口,轻松实现数据交换及逻辑图和控制程序之间的互相转换。应用结果表明:该工程项目的数字化设计实践探索为同类智能工厂工程项目的设计、建设和运营提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:For exploration the new technology and mode of collaborative design,digital delivery and integrated operation in engineering project,COMOS platform for industrial digital design,construction and production management with full life cycle and multi-specialty cooperative work is introduced.The design for process,EI&C and auto-control are accomplished with different modules.A complete virtualized digital control system is established.Data exchange,logic diagram and control program transforming to each other are realized easily with application of specified data interface of COMOS and SIMATIC PCS 7.The practical application indicates the digital design practice and exploration for the engineering project provides certain reference for the design,construction and operation for similar intelligent plant engineering project.
