烯烃转换装置联锁逻辑设计

摘    要:介绍了烯烃转换装置(OCU)的工艺流程,根据触发联锁逻辑的信号不同,依据具体的联锁要求、联锁逻辑设计原则,对紧急停车实施针对性的处理措施,即相关部位实施停车时,其他部位维持运行状态或自回流、自循环状态;一旦紧急状态解除,可迅速恢复生产。该安全联锁系统的设计,为OCU装置的安全平稳运行提供了重要保证。

Abstract:The process flow for olefin conversion unit(OCU)is introduced.According to the signal difference from the striking interlock logic,and based on detailed interlock requirement,interlock logic design principle,emergency shutdown can be implemented with specific measurement,which is when one relative partial unit is shutdown,others can still keep to run in self refluxing or circulating.Once the emergency state is released.The production can be resumed quickly.The design of the safety interlock system provides an important guarantee for safe and stable operation for OCU.
