高压大口径V形球阀的设计及应用

Design and Application of High Pressure and Large Diameter V Type Ball Valve

For large diameter V type ball valve applied in petrochemical industry, when the diameter is larger, there will be problem of low grade leaking and unsatisfied high differential pressure adjustment. The application is strongly limited for V type valve. Through analysis of the current structure of V type ball valve, the suitable structure for large diameter V type ball valve under high pressure is proposed. The V type ball valve has been designed with satisfied high pressure, high temperature, high differential pressure, low leakage. After actual application, on-site application requirement is fully satisfied, and the cost is remarkably reduced.
