光致变色织物光照变色疲劳性的研究

摘    要:为设计光致变色斜纹织物,探讨光照时间与光照循环次数对光致变色纤维织物变色疲劳性的影响,测试光致变色纤维织物变色灵敏性与变色回复性。结果表明:随着照射时间的延长,织物的光致变色明度增大,有色色相快速降低,变色灵敏度降低;长时间暴晒会导致光致变色微胶囊凹陷、破裂,最终丧失光致变色性能。光致变色微胶囊制备及光致变色纤维纺丝时应适当加入光稳定剂或光降解抑制剂;织物在日常使用和维护中应尽量避免长时间暴晒,以延长使用寿命。

Abstract:A twill photochromic fabric was designed and the effects of illumination time and cycle times on the discoloration fatigue of photochromic fabric were discussed, the discoloration sensitivity and color change recovery of the photochromic fabric were tested. The results show that with the increase of exposure time, the photochromic brightness of the fabric increases, the color hue decreases rapidly and the color change sensitivity decreases. It is suggested that light stabilizer or photodegradation inhibitor should be added during photochromic microcapsule preparation or photochromic fiber spinning, furthermore, long-term exposure should be avoided to prolong the life of the fabric in daily use and maintenance.
