摘    要:针对输油管线防腐蚀现状,研发了输油管线防腐蚀效果在线监测系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理、系统构成及管线腐蚀检测步骤,实际应用表明:该系统具有防腐蚀效果检测快速、准确、自动化程度高等特点,可确定埋地输油管线的腐蚀损伤状态和速率;同时,可预测输油管线的安全使用寿命,避免腐蚀泄漏等隐患的产生;可优化缓蚀剂最佳加注量;能评估输油管线强制外加电流阴极保护效果,使输油管线腐蚀得到有效控制。

Abstract:Aiming at the current situation of anti-corrosion of oil transportation pipelines,one on-line monitoring system for the anti-corrosive effect of oil transportation pipeline is developed.The working principle,system configuration and pipeline corrosion test procedure of the system is introduced.The practical result indicates the system is of the characteristics of fast,accurate and highly automated for anticorrosion effect detection.It can determine the state and rate of corrosion damage of buried oil transportation pipeline,predict the safe service life of oil transportation pipeline,avoid the potential danger of corrosion leakage,optimize the optimal dosage of corrosion inhibitor,and evaluate the effect of forced impressed current cathodic protection of oil transportation pipeline.The corrosion for the oil transportation pipeline is controlled efficiently.
