摘    要:先进控制技术(APC)采用科学、先进的控制理论和控制方法,以工艺过程分析和数学模型计算为核心,以工厂控制网络和管理网络为信息载体,充分发挥DCS和常规控制系统的潜力,使生产过程控制由原来的常规控制过渡到多变量模型预估控制,通过多变量协调和约束控制,降低了装置能耗,从而使得工艺生产控制更加合理、优化,保障了生产装置始终运行在最佳状态,实现了精准操作,获取了最大的经济利益。

Abstract:Adopting scientific and advanced control theory and control method,with process analysis and mathematical model calculation as the core,and with factory control network and management network as information carriers,advanced control technology(APC)fully stimulates the potential of DCS and conventional control system,and makes the control of the production process change from the original conventional control to the multi-variable model prediction control.The energy consumption of the plant is reduced through multi-variable coordination and restraint control.The production process control is made to be more reasonable and optimized.The production device is always ensured in the best state.Accurate operation is achieved with maximum economic benefits obtained.
