宁波纺织服装产业转型升级对策研究

摘    要:我国纺织服装产品虽然生产和出口总量规模巨大,但依然以低成本加工制造业为主,产品附加值较低,在整个纺织服装价值链中处于劣势,纺织服装产业亟待转型。针对以上问题,以宁波纺织服装业作为研究对象,研究其产业价值链及产业优势与劣势,为宁波纺织服装产业转型提供参考。研究表示:宁波纺织服装产业具有智能化的生产管理与销售、标志性品牌众多、产业结构日趋优化等优势,但也存在集群主体不完善、协同合作不充分、主体角色缺位、互动共享较弱、产业链发展不均衡等问题。宁波纺织服装产业需通过提升其在全球价值链的地位、提升集群能级、加强公共平台建设、强化品牌建设、引资引智引才、深化产教融合等一系列措施实现纺织服装产业的转型升级。

Abstract:Although the total production and export of textile and clothing products in China is huge, it is still dominated by low-cost processing and manufacturing industry, with low added value of products, which is at a disadvantage in the entire textile and clothing value chain. The textile and clothing industry needed to be transformed urgently. In view of the above problems, this paper took Ningbo textile and clothing industry as the research object and studied its industrial value chain and industrial advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide reference for the transformation of textile and clothing industry. The study found that Ningbo textile and garment industry had the advantages of intelligent production management and sales, numerous symbolic brands, and increasingly optimized industrial structure, but there were also some problems such as imperfect main body of the cluster, insufficient cooperation, lack of main role, weak interaction and sharing, and unbalanced industrial chain development. Ningbo textile and garment industry needed a series of measures to realize the transformation and upgrading of textile and garment industry, such as upgrading its position in the global value chain, upgrading the cluster energy level, strengthening the construction of public platforms, strengthening brand building, attracting capital and talents, deepening the integration of production and education, etc.
