穿越运输大巷立交段的联合支护技术实践

摘    要:针对古城煤矿南翼西1号回风大巷穿越顶板上部主要运输巷施工过程中所遇到的问题,提出采用“锚网索+工字钢矩形棚+浇筑墙体”的过立交施工新方法。即通过加密锚网索提高支护强度,架设25号工字钢矩形棚以及绑扎钢筋、采用C30混凝土浇筑墙体等方法使南翼西1号回风大巷在过立交期间能够达到足够的强度要求,进而确保上部主要运输巷(即南翼辅运大巷)能够长期处于稳定状态,为同类条件下的过立交施工方案提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:In view of the problems encountered in the construction of the No.1 Return Air Main Roadway in the west of the south wing of Gucheng Coal Mine passing through the main transport roadway above the roof,a new construction method of over-crossing is put forward,which is"anchor net cable + i - steel rectangular shed+pouring wall".That is,the strength of the support is increased by means of an encrypted anchor net and cable,the erection of the No.25 steel rectangular shed,the binding of steel bars and the application of C30 concrete to the wall have enabled the sufficient strength of the No.1 return air main Lane in the west of the south wing to be achieved during the crossing of the interchange,then ensure the main transport roadway in the upper part(that is,the South Wing Auxiliary Transport Roadway)can be in a stable state for a long time.
