摘    要:天然气计量结果的准确性,直接影响贸易结算的公平性。提供了一种新型多管路超声波计量的模块化拼接组撬技术,通过工厂预制,提高了焊接质量与超声波流量计前后直管段的管道安装精度;入口汇管的进气和分流方式确保了上游气源更易充分混合,使流体介质更为均匀,从而使在线色谱分析小屋的数据更具有代表性,有利于提高商品贸易计量精度;多路比对流程设计,可实现各超声波流量计的相互比对、互为备用。新型多管路超声波流量计量撬的研制为超声波流量计量系统在天然气贸易交接计量中的应用提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The accuracy of natural gas metering directly affects the fairness of trade settlement.A new type of modular splicing and skid mounted technology of multi-pipeline ultrasonic metering is provided.The welding quality and installation accuracy of front and rear straight section around ultrasonic flow-meter through factory prefabrication are improved.The gas inflow of inlet pipeline collection and distributing mode ensures the upstream gas source mixed more completely,and the fluid medium more homogenous,which makes the data of online chromatographic analysis cabin more representative.It is helpful to improve the accuracy of commodity trade metering;the process design of multi-pipeline comparison can realize the function of mutual comparison and alternation of ultrasonic flow-meters.The development of new multi-pipeline ultrasonic flow metering skid-mounted provides reference for the application of ultrasonic flow metering system in natural gas trade transfer metering.
