摘    要:起绒织物由于其立体感强、风格特殊,是机织物中一类非常独特的织物,为丰富起绒织物的品种,增加其多样性,特设计起绒均匀方格平素织物。方格效应的形成原理有方格组织、简单组织与色纱配合等多种方法。通过研究起绒方格平素织物的组织设计,认为利用简单组织与起绒组织进行配合可形成起绒方格组织,并阐述起绒方格平素织物的纹样分类、组织设计、色纱排列和织造要点,进行试织。通过实践得出:利用简单组织、起绒组织和色纱配合可织造出凹凸立体效应明显、色彩丰富的起绒均匀方格平素织物。

Abstract:Raised fabric is regarded as a special woven fabric for its strong three-dimensional sense and special style. In order to enrich the variety of raising fabric and increase its diversity, the homogeneous pane raised fabric was designed. The formation principle of the checkerboard effect includes the checkerboard structure, the simple structure combined with the color yarns and so on. Through analysis of the structure design of the pane raised fabric, it is considered that the texture of raised fabric can be formed by the combination of the simple structure with the raised structure, the pattern design, texture design, color yarns arrangement and key points of weaving of the raised fabric were described. The homogeneous pane raised fabric with rich colors and concave and convex stereoscopic appearance can be designed by simple weaves structures, fleecy stitch and color yarns arrangement.
