铜氨纤维/棉混纺纱生产实践

摘    要:为探讨铜氨纤维/棉(50/50)混纺工艺参数优化问题,针对原料进行优选,采用较细的铜氨纤维,较长、整齐度较好、含杂较少的长绒棉分别进行混合和梳理,并对纺纱工艺进行优化。通过反复试纺确定开清棉、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱等各工序主要工艺参数,并阐述了重点工序的工艺设计依据。表明应根据原料特性加强开松和梳理,注重后道工序速度、压力、隔距等工艺参数的优选;结合生产实践总结了主要工序的技术措施。测试结果表明,采用优选的工艺参数能够纺出符合客户质量要求的混纺高支纱,为轻薄面料的开发提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In order to optimize the technique parameters of cuprammonium fiber/cotton(50/50)blended yarn,fine cuprammonium fiber and long lint cotton with longer fiber,better uniformity of fiber length and less impurities were selected as raw materials for mixing and combing,and the spinning process was optimized.Through repeated trial spinning,the main technological parameters of each process,such as opening,carding,combing,drawing,roving and spinning,were determined.The technological design basis of some important processes were discussed.The results demonstrate that it is necessary to strengthen the opening and combing processes according to the characteristics of raw materials,to pay attention to the optimization of speed,pressure,distance and other technical parameters and the main process operation attention points was summarized.The results of yarn index test show that the blended yarn with the optimum process parameters can be spun to meet the quality requirements of customers.
