摘    要:针对烧结厂单辊破碎机齿辊部故障停转造成的高温烧结矿堆积事故进行了跟踪调查分析,认为齿轮齿顶间隙超标和传动系统弹性变形造成的开式齿轮轮齿退让打滑,是导致齿辊部停转事故的主要原因,提出了以增加小齿轮齿数,调整齿顶间隙来增加小齿轮啮合系数的方案。

Abstract:A detailed investigation and analysis are carried out for sintered ores piling up resulting from the halt of the single-rollered crusher due to toothed roller fault.The main cause is thought as teeth yielding and slipping of the exposed gear due to gear addendum clearance exceeding the limitation and elastic distortion of the transmission system.Thus,that the tooth number of the pinion increases and the addendum clearance is adjusted so as to increase the engagement coefficient of the pinion is proposed.
