摘    要:针对某电厂135MW单元机组球磨机制粉系统制粉单耗偏高的现状,展开优化试验和分析。首先,研究了系统目前运行现状,分析了影响制粉系统优化运行的主要因素;其次,通过理论计算和优化试验,分别确定了最佳钢球装载量、钢球直径配比和最佳通风量等优化参数。运行结果表明,优化后系统制粉单耗显著下降,实现了节能降耗的目标。

Abstract:In view of high power consumption of the 135MW ball mill pulverizing system in a certain power plant,optimization experiments and analysis are carried out.At first,the current operation conditions of the sys-tem are studied and the main factors affecting the optimal operation of the system are analyzed.After that,the optimal loading amount and the optimal diameter ratio of grinding balls,as well as optimal ventilation volume are separately determined through theoretical calculation and optimization experime...
