摘    要:应用NX Nastran软件对采煤机牵引部行星减速器进行建模,并建立虚拟样机,进行动力学分析,得到二级行星架的受力,在满足可靠性的前提下对二级行星架进行优化设计,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:NX Nastran is used to establish the model of shearer's haulage planetary reducer and the virtual prototype of the shearer.The dynamic analysis is carried out and the force state of the second planetary carrier is obtained.On the premises of satisfying the reliability,the second planetary carrier is optimized,and the obvious results is obtained.
