摘    要:提高药剂分散程度是改善煤泥水沉降效果的基础,在管道中利用流体紊动进行药剂分散可降低能耗。设计制造了3种结构的管道进行药剂分散的研究试验,结果表明,折流和紊流板型的2种混合器都能在较短的管道内实现药剂的分散,但考虑到其结构的适应性,紊流板最优。

Abstract:Promoting the dispersion of coal slurry flocculation agents is the basis of improving the sedimenta-tion efficiency of coal slurry,and using the turbulence in pipelines to disperse agents can reduce energy con-sumption.In the paper,experiments on agent dispersion with three kinds of designed pipes are conducted and studied.Results show that baffling mixer and turbulence plate mixer disperse agents in short pipes,but consid-ering their structural adaptability,the latter is the better.
