新型软启动回柱绞车的动力学分析

摘    要:为了改善电动机启动时电流过大对电网和设备的冲击,提出软启动方案,实现传动系统的平稳启动。对回柱绞车传动系统进行了简化并建立数学模型,给定负载启动曲线得出了大内齿圈的动态控制力矩,进而提出优化方案,在Simulink中建立传递函数,仿真得到优化后的大内齿圈力矩控制曲线。结果表明,先将大内齿圈制动力矩增大到一定值,然后适度减少,最后趋于稳定,负载可以平稳启动。

Abstract:In order to reduce the impact of the huge current on power grids and equipments during the motor start-up,soft start is proposed so as to realize the steady start-up of transmission systems.After simplifying the transmission system,the mathematical model is established,and the dynamic braking torque of the big ring gear is obtained by using the given curve of start-up with loadings.Then,the optimization scheme is offered,in which the system transfer function is established with Simulink,finally the braking ...
